CenExel Bellflower, is a clinical research center in Bellflower, California that has been serving the community since 2000. The center conducts studies focused on improving treatments for mental health conditions, as well as certain neurological conditions, vaccines, and other areas of health.

Salvation Army Bellflower provides free groceries and meals to individuals and families in need in the Bellflower area, along with a wide range of programs and community resources. Their services include a food pantry, emergency food assistance, and seasonal food distributions for Thanksgiving and Christmas. Beyond food, they offer utility assistance, emergency shelter, transitional housing, and homeless information and referral services — as well as specialized support for veterans and seniors. Youth and family programs include youth ministry, music lessons, summer camp, Vacation Bible School, and back-to-school assistance. The organization also provides worship opportunities, Women’s and Men’s Ministries, volunteer opportunities, and connections to their Adult Rehabilitation Center. The American Foundation for Suicide Prevention (AFSP) Greater Los Angeles and Central Coast (GLACC) delivers innovative suicide prevention programs, educates the public about risk factors and warning signs, raises funds for research, and supports those who have lost someone to suicide. Medi-Cal provides free or low-cost health coverage to eligible individuals and families living in California, covering a wide range of services including doctor visits, emergency care, hospitalization, maternity and newborn care, mental health and substance use treatment, prescription drugs, lab work, preventive and wellness services, chronic disease management, rehabilitation therapies, nursing home care, and immunizations.
